I have a three bedroom, two bath home around 2000 square feet. This natural gas tankless water heater gives me all the hot water I need, at the same time in every use, and uses very few natural gas therms. I would highly recommend this product. Even though the initial cost to change over to natural gas may be more than just a change out of your existing water heater, I am confident that the 'roi' will be well worth it. I actually replaced an over 60 year old electric hot water heater (a total kwh hog) with my Noritz and could not be happier! We had a cold front come through. My town is at the border of north and South Carolina near Charlotte. This unit was 8 months old and eight of them in my neighborhood failed and blew. The builder replaced them all the next day. Worked then. The next morning no hot water. Later on in the day I had hot water. The next morning again no hot water. Calling the builder Monday morning to get this fixed. The plumber and the gas guy said these aren't the best they have worked with. I am on my second unit. I wish the builder would switch brands
