Get some more sturdy anchors for it.

Don't use the anchors provided because they don't work well. I have Moen towel bars in both bathrooms and had to use different anchors if I wanted it solidly on the wall. They are attractive, but if you use the ones provided, they are flimsy and flop around on the wall. You'll wind up just getting different anchors and doing it over.
