Moen 3942 Kitchen Soap/Lotion Dispenser - Chrome

Quality questionable

The first one they sent had a flaw in the chrome, a tiny piece that jabs your finger right where you push down. So I wrote to Moen and they responded immediately, sending a new one.Only the new one has a dimple in the top piece which is supposed to be smooth. Then I looked at the one with the jagged chrome and that has a different dimple in it that I hadn't noticed before.Looks to be some sort of manufacturing issue. I'll contact moen again about this. It would have been nice if they actually checked the item before sending it to me, considering that was my second time. Hopefully they will check this time before wasting more of their delivery money, wasting my time and turning this into more of an upsetting than a satisfying experience.
